Nicodem and Reanimator summoning and wounds

OK. I'm pretty sure this has come up already, but I can't find it and I'm brain farting. The wording on Nicodem's reanimator says that the summoned model suffers damage equal to half its wounds. There was another rule similarly worded and I know there were some differing opinions on how it should be implemented. I'm not sure what the consensus was (if there was one?).

So, does a summoned punk zombie have 3wds or 4wds when summoned?

I wish I could find that other discussion....

It suffers 3.5 damage. Which rounds up to 4 damage. So it has 3 Wounds.
