Quick one but if I cannot see Sebastian I am not affected if it is successfully cast. Is this correct?

Due to the callout on page 50? Yes I would agree if you have no LOS to Seb then you aren't affected. If you move so you have LOS then you would be

Yep that's how we played it. Interesting also that Seb is Ht1 so if he hides behind someone he may not be seen to draw LOS to.

I disagree. The Aura effects the models who are in Line of Sight to Sebastian. It does not directly effect the model taking the action effected by Sebastian's aura.

The negative flip is a result of the target model being effected by the aura, not the firing model being effected by the aura.

But if you guys are correct the implications of that callout box are far reaching and to me disappointing.

I see your argument for granting the effect of the aura to those models in LOS to Sebastian.

This may need clarified unless someone can provide a more concrete and logical (per rules) argument for the aura not/affecting shooting models within the and LOS.

The attacker having LOS to Sebastian has nothing to do with this ability.

The gives the target cover, all that is needed is that the target be within the and have LOS to Sebastian.
