But you target a model for a charge, which includes a strike. So it is either one test when you target for the charge, or two tests,

one when you target for the charge, one when you make the strike

or finally no test when declaring the charge (doubtful, as you need to target) and one test when you strike...

Charge is a 2AP action that involves a move and a strike, and I think mounted combat is similar.

Wanted to chime in that I keep seeing people refer to damaging their own undead with Nicodem and Decay, but you have to remember that Decay on friendly undead heals 2 wounds instead. So if you put your own undead up there (MZ's are neutral) and spam decay then you'll only need the one target (until Pandy kills it somehow).

Well, add to the fact that if you want to cheat on Dmg, getting past h2w on your own models will be annoying and require you to most likely burn 2 high cards and a low card to simply get the blast dmg that you want.

It's still a good idea, but it's better if you use models that are undead and don't have H2W as your targets.
