If he could, it would have language similar to Hoffman's Override Edict, specifying that it works on a model that has already activated. Alot of the Book one masters got an ability similar to a weaker version of Companion. Lilith got Brood Mother, Seamus got Womanizer. Essentially what it allows you to do is have two models go, one right after the other, without the opponent getting a chance to go in-between. It is NOT companion, so you don't announce multiple activations at the same time, and the model who has the ability to allow the other model to go, has to go first. So, for example, Seamus has Womanizer, which allows a Belle to activate when he finishes his activation. Seamus has to activate first, has to use that ability as his 0 action, and the belle has to be in range of the ability. If all that occurs then when Seamus is done the Belle can go. However if the Belle in question has already activated she cannot go again. The only ability that allows a model to activate more than once in a turn is Reactivate, which I don't believe Linked in provides.
