Cordon vs Diving Charge

I had this come up today, and I was kind of confused.

Does diving charge let you stop on the impassable terrain created by Cordon? I was confused by how things are in the book, and only spirits being able to stop on impassable terrain.

Diving Charge lets you ignore terrain and models during your charge, but you still must end in a legal spot once the charge is complete. Due to the wording of Cordon, a model with flight or float (i.e. Mature Nephilim) would ignore the cordon and be able to land on it, while a model without flight or float (i.e. Misaki) would not be able to stop on the cordon.

I don't think Flight allows a model to finish its move on impassible terrain (the vultures for example need a special ability to allow them to do so); I think it's the difference between Flight and Float. I could be wrong though!

@poulpox you are correct. Cordon has specific language to allow flight and float to ignore it. Normally ( without that language) only float could stop on it.
