If a master or henchman has the merc ability then they can pair up with another master from a differant faction in a brawl aslong as they're not the hiring master, i know that, but in victorias stats, 'for money' says she can role with another master but you lose 5ss, but she is a merc so i could have her with another master for free anyway, so, was the 'merc leader in another faction in a brawl' rule made after the 'for money' ability, and if so is the 'for money' rule is out-dated and no longer aplicable?

It's an addition, She can be hired as a Merc by another Master (Note: Henchman can't lead in a Brawl) but you have to pay an additional 5ss on top.

Yeah it still confuses me does that mean if I had raspy I would have to pay an extra 5ss to have the viks as my second master. I assume this is the case as she is the only merc master that has no restrictions on hiring her.

Exactly. If you take Viktoria with another Master you have to pay an additional 5ss.

I think the reason for this is that with the Viks you essentially get two masters, with the ability to get another one if she dies. This is compensated for with the cache of 0 but when combined with another master so there is a basic cache things can get quite nasty.
