Self-Loathing

Just a thought but since Self-Loathing in essence makes you ‘hit yourself” why wouldn’t things like Hard To Wound or any ability that plays off of melee attacks apply? For example McMourning’s Organ Donor ability especially since any special characteristics of the melee weapon apply, again for example McMourning’s Surgical Implements ignore armor.

I'm pretty sure Hard to Wound *does* work against Self Loathing. It's worded that all damage flips against the model, regardless of their source, receive a negative flip

Agreed. It's a normal damage flip that starts at a . Other bonuses (ie weapons with a built in like LadyJ and Lilith) and penalties (ie Hard to Wound) also apply as normal. Note that the spell states that the flip is Uncheatable, so even if you get the flip to a straight or positive twist you still can't cheat.
