scottb
Hey, so used taxidermist for the first time the other night. If have no piglets but got stuffed pigs and was using Som'er. How far forward should I be pushing him? Leave him near back till some models die? Or push forward to accompany sme gremlins/warpig so that when they die he is on the scene? Also, is he best to be held back till I have a the right card in my hand rather than rely on the luck of the flip?
Omenbringer
It is always better to wait until you have the cards to cheat when casting Taxidermin since it is a fairly low probability spell to begin with (even with cheating). As for positioning it really depends on the rest of the crew, generally he is a mid range support model. For summoning Taxidermin has an effective range of 6" and doesn't require LOS to the Corpse Counter, use that to your advantage and hide the little guy behind cover. If you push him up closer than this he will die very quickly. Edited August 5, 2012 by Omenbringer
