I'm sure I've seen this answered in a thread somewhere but can't seem to find it so I have to apologise for asking it again...
Can Seamus use a corpse counter that he is carrying to cast Arise, My Sweet? The card says 'Discard 1 Corpse Counter within 6”. Summon 1 Rotten Belle.', however it was my understanding that he could use a counter he was carrying based on p18 of the Rules Manual which has the rules for counters. And presumably a counter Seamus is carrying is within 6" of him?
