The answer is probably pretty simple, but I'm in need of some clarification.
Adaptive mind says that you can add one of the two given suits to a the total of a duel that uses the stat in question. The question is as it says in the title:
Does the model add that suit after flipping, cheating, using soul stones, or must you declare which suit you use when you declare the action, but before you start flipping for the duel?
