If a model with arachnid wants to climb up a 3" wall to get to a higher elevation, and is currently 2" from the bottom of the wall, how much movement does it need to make?
is it 2" (to get to the wall) + 6" (to climb it), + 1" (to move onto the higher elevation)
Or
2" (to get to the wall) + 2" (to climb it and move the 1" onto the higher elevation, the vertical distance being ignored)
Or something else?
Is it the same with ladders and stairs (I use terraclips)?

I'm not sure I'm getting this use right.
