Campaigns - Rules & experiance of Running them

Just a couple of Quick questions has any one done a Campaign with Malifaux & has any one got any suggestions for rules, or experience in running one.

I ask because the Burton Malifaux Crew which meets at Spirit Games is considering one & as I am the organiser I have to sort the rules out, so I was asking because I really dont want to have to reinvent the wheel The basic setting is the "second city" a much more ruined version of Malifaux city deep in the interior.......
