Could someone clarify when the effect which gives you a specific AP (such as Melee Master or Casting Expert) ends? For example if Collodi gives his dolls (+1) Casting Expert, does it end at the end of their next activation or end of the turn? RAW it would end at the end of the turn as there is no specified duration.
I'm asking as action modifiers have set points when they drop off (fast/slow at the end of the activation, reactivate at the start of the reactivation, paralyse when you forfeit an activation - all from various rulings on here) and it would be cool to have clarification as to when specific APs end too beyond the Rules Manual.
The main impact of the ruling is whether models with reactivate who gain a specific AP in/before their first turn can use it in their second activation (eg a SS Miner with Melee Master given reactivate by Rusty Alyce) or if it ends at the end of the first activation. As said above, RAW it's the former, but be good to have a definitive ruling given the rulings on action modifiers.
