Tartan Skirmish Radio is a side project for 2 Livingston based wargamers: Myself & Alan Kennedy. The primary function of this show is to act as a snap shot of what’s happening in the wargaming scene locally, but also to introduce others to Skirmish level games and let the world know that there are other games companies out there. We started recording this in September but due to Alan being ill, Myself getting a job and Audacity eating files randomly it was delayed for alot longer than we wanted it to, but at least it’s still completed before the Edinburgh Tram service was. Feel free to head over and listen to episode 1. Episode 1 features a news section on Warmachine events and a section on Malifaux from the view point of a new gamer. As I said, the show is now slightly out of date as we got our hands on the first two books to read and my co-host Alan recently bought the Kirai crew and is now happily scratching his head trying to figure them out. Episode 2 will begin recording the week of 24th October where we will hopefully have worked out the Audacity bugs and achieve the 1 episode per month target.
