Moving through spirits

I have a few questions that I can't find official answers to so i will be posting a few threads...

Last night me and my friend had an issue come up wherea unit was surrounded by spirits and was able to take a push action...this brought up the question.

Can non-spirit models travel through spirits models like spirits can pass through non-spirit models?

it doesn't explicitly state in the manual that non spirits may move through spirits (like it does explicitly say that spirits can move through other models) but it has been ruled that yes, it is indeed reciprocal.
