I believe that was only a gencon promotion. However, they will be available eventually in a later release and the P-wars facebook will give some away in a contest when it reaches 1000 followers. Hopefully someone from wyrd will give me an official response so I can decide to get it from them directly or from my local store really holding there available as inreally want Victoria.
