I figure I've been asking for this for a while, and thought I'd give making it a shot myself, hopefully with the help of others in the forum. Below is a basic layout for a living FAQ and I'll compile any links that others post here to any official ruling already posted in the forums. Ideally this thread can be stickied and leave all rule discussion out of this thread. Ideally I'll update this once a week, but only links other post in this thread, I'm not hunting the forums for every ruling myself. I've already posted links I brought up myself, that I know had an official ruling.

If anyone knows of any OFFICIAL RULINGS that should be added here please post them below. If the thread you are linking to is long please link directly to the official ruling to help people avoid searching endlessly. Also please tell me under what section the link should be. Ideally leave out threwad without a wranglers reponse

Personally I prefer the wiki to forum posts because unless they get stickied they drop off and no one ever sees them.
