Did a search for the relevant terms and didn't come across this yet. I've only played less than <10 games so there's a good possibility I'm missing some nuance of the rules.
Hans, Goggles: "This model ignores any enemy spell or talent that affects LoS."
The Dreamer, Shadowy Form: "This model cannot be targeted by an enemy Action while it is within 3" of a friendly Nightmare that could have been targeted by the Action."
Does the 'Goggles' rule trump Shadowy Form? The way I read it, it hinges on whether or not Shadowy Form is affecting LOS or simply denying targeting, which may or may not be independent concepts.
