Can Nicodem summon any non-spirit, non-unique undead model using reanimate? Or must it be a model killed earlier in the game?

And you should never forget that for each counter used in the summoning for this spell you draw a control card. Which means 2 for a Flesh Construct, one for most other things, and a whopping 4 for Rogue necromancy.

Ive noticed that there is nothing for 3 counters though....

There aren't a whole lot of 50mm base models out there for most factions, really. And of the few there are, most are unique.

Summoning a Rogue Necromancy for 4 cards is pretty nasty, yeah. It's a shame that Vultures are so bad; if they didnt have the Rg weapon limitation, Eyes and Ears didnt cost 1 and/or didnt give -3 Ca, or they could actually cast Nicodem's spells without using a soulstone and preying, he could actually be a pretty decent master. Summoning models or casting Rigor Mortis via EaE (which right now requires a 12crows or a 13 respectively, and requires your Vulture to already have activated and used EaE) would be good.

Any idea as to why it says "Draw 1 card for each Corpse Counter discarded" as opposed to "Draw 1 Control Card...", like it says on every other models similar abilities in the game?

As far as I know, there's no such thing as "just a card"!
