BigGreen
Taylor has Lifer which sais something along the lines of, Ignore Moral Duels for terrifying. The Box Opens sais said all models within 12" loose imunity to wp dules. Would Taylor have to take terrifying test? Sorry for bad grammer on my phone. 0 magicpockets
No, The Box Opens has no effect on Terrifying any more due to rewording (certain models used to be "immune" to it, now it "only affects living models without the terrifying characteristic")
0 Hookers
taylor is living and is not terrifying.
0 nilus
Right, Magic pockets is thinking about what Undead and Terrifying say. Lifer is different Lifer: This model is immune to Morale Duels caused by Terrifying effects. vs The Box Opens: Models within 12” of this model lose any immunities to WpDuels. The Box opens wins. Lifer is a immunity to a certain type of WP duels. The Box opens strips all immunity to WP(even specific ones)
0 Naravus
Biggreen, I think you have the v1 card of taelor. Lifer now has "immune" instead of "ignore". Box would win out in this case.
0 thatnicguy
Where is the difference between ignore and immune clarified? This would help with Ryle vs performer problem?
0 Naravus
Performer trumps Ryle if I recall, due to the 'may not' aspect of the Performer's Irresistible ability.
0 Hookers
it was clarified in the old errata/faq, but they seem to have done away with the distinction.
0 magicpockets
If it says immune and not ignore then nilus is right, Box Opens wins. Right, Magic pockets is thinking about what Undead and Terrifying say. Nope, changes to terrifying in the new rule book. Terrifying only affects living models without the terrifying characteristic - that means constructs, undead, soulless, nightmare(?) and terrifying living models are not affected by terrifying, but are not immune to it either Edited August 1, 2011 by magicpockets
