Mister Monkey
Sounds good. What has inspired you for it?
edonil
Honestly, I think it was just being sick of most superhero stories being the same in terms of the characters. The four I've got right now aren't unheard of concepts, but they are certainly rare, and I think that's too bad. Or do you mean the city? lol
Mister Monkey
I mean for everything...... And yeah Superhero stuff tends to be formulaic, be interested to see something different.
edonil
Heh. My biggest inspirations from comics themselves are Batman (The Knightfall arc started this whole mess, lol) and Hellboy. Add in a few flairs from my own repertoire of inspirations, things like Babylon 5, David Weber and Brandon Sanderson books, plus a healthy dose of Awesome But Practical, and I hope I can come up with something different and interesting. Right now, I've got three of my heroes, and one character who I think it's going to be up to the reader to determine if they're a hero or a villain. It'll probably be a few weeks before I start publishing anything or really writing... the hope is that I can do it as a once a month serial piece on blogspot or something.
