edonil
Yeah...that's what everything I drink is in a bottle or something with a lid...hard to get absent minded about that.
Mako
I've not even learned to keep my coffee mug and water pot away from each other...
edonil
Lids. Lids are wonderful things.
Mako
But then I can't get to my water quickly, and I often rinse my brush before feathering paint so it has to be done quick. And I refuse to sink to the level of a sippy cup for my coffee *grin*
edonil
It's not a sippy cup... it's a thermal protection mug that will keep it warm for hours.
Mister Monkey
But if I put a lid on the paint water how would the cat drink from it?
edonil
Why would you put a lid on the paint water? You put your drink in something with a lid. Sheesh, you people...

edonil
Avatar Rasputina. Paint up the golem with a slightly glowy red core centered on Rasputina in the middle, do translucent blues layered over the core. ---------- Post added at 02:43 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:37 AM ---------- I recommend using a brush :-P (bops Mako) That's enough out of you! When it starts. No point watching it just yet!
edonil
It's probably going to be horrible, but I'll be sure to take photos.
Mako
Well, feel free to ask at every step if you want to! Lol. And if you use really really thin glazes you should be good to get the effect. Its all about needing half a dozen layers to get an actual visible tint.

edonil
That's going to drive me nuts, my eyes don't have that much contrast naturally. (sigh) Well, I'll be sure to take my time with it anyway...patience is an annoying necessity with this kind of stuff.

edonil
I'm not sure I need anything, honestly. I've got a good variety of paints, although I might need to look into some blues, haven't gotten any updated ones in a while. Mostly I'm working on figuring out how to paint it, lol.
