Mako
Oh I don't know, the days when I have to work with a lot of chloroform are fairly relaxing. Well, I generally feel quite chilled out and happy after them at any rate *grin*
edonil
... Way to go, Mako. That sounds like preferring toluene for cleaning instead of alcohol because it smells nicer.
osoi
Well the fact that 2 days of it was for work then my boss and I extended it for another two days fo holiday. Thursday was mainly flying in economy but my awesome wife scored me an exit row seat so that was pretty comfortable. Then the bad part, 2.5 hours to drive what is normally a 40minute drive in a cramped mini bus with 12 other guys, we could barely walk as the suspension seemed shot and little to no padding left in the seats. When we got to the hotel it was drinks down in the bar and then a good meall all free of charge. Frioday was the true day of work as we sat down and watche dsome demonstartions and presentations, then we had an authentic japanese buffet lunch (the company that was hosting is japanese) and then one on one demos with the engineers and asking questions etc ... i spent a lot of money in my mind, just need to work out do we really need the machines (we came to the conclusion of probably yes) and figure out where to put them. The weekend was full of walking eating and drinking so very relaxing and completely away from the office so very cool.

edonil
Yeah, actually. Trying to figure out how to pin Misaki down on her foot is working out to be an absolute pain in the butt!
SteamHammer
I haven't even started unpacking old Misaki yet. Maybe this week. And still no sign of the Gencon stuff. Must be on a slow boat.
Mister Monkey
May I suggest ..... carefully Morning Steam.... how are you?
SteamHammer
Morning Monkey. Not a bad start to the week. A good night's sleep and the weather is nice. Just a shame to be stuck in work.
Mister Monkey
Yeah after a miserable weekend weather wise it was a lovely day today when I was back at work, always the way....
SteamHammer
The trouble with nice weather is that I have no excuse for not going outside to resume the struggle against the weeds. #Grumble# Who wants coffee? And where's Abs' bacon liquid?
edonil
Well, she finally stayed in place. Thank goodness. Now to glue on the head, and she's good! Shang went together pretty easy except for his tail, that was a trick. After that, time for some Torakage.
SteamHammer
Another good thing about plastic miniatures is less super glue usage. Less super glue results in less glued together fingers.
Mister Monkey
Pretty sure Abs keeps the bacon liquid in this cupboard here *walks over to cupboard and opens door to reveal giant hole in the floor* appears to have eaten its way through the container he stores it in though.... Congrats on getting Misaki to glue Ed....
edonil
Oh, I tend to stick with super glue, frankly. Plastic glue and I have a long and annoyed history. So, how's you, Steam?
SteamHammer
Trying to avoid work for the moment. Maybe try photographing the Guild stuff I got painted over the weekend. later.

Lord Shaper
Still not package of 10T goodness... Also I've got a tournament in 2 weeks so I don't think I'll be taking Mei like I was thinking... at least I'll be finished my puppet justice crew soon... 4 more to go unless a friend gives me more which I might see tomorrow... SteamHammer
Finished the hounds, effigy and avatar Perdita. Made a start on the peacekeeper.
Mister Monkey
Good effort, I did pretty much nothing, a bit of assembly work and basing was all I could muster.
edonil
Oh, the annoying robot of annoyingness, eh? That's one model I'm never buying new... You might want to try Mei out after all, Shaper! She's a ton of fun, I loved running her at the tourney on Saturday. Took a few games to get down her methodology for keeping her alive, but it was a blast.
SteamHammer
At least annoying robo's arms haven't come off since pinning them.

SteamHammer
Good so far although I had the least interest in that front in the last story. But that could all change in this telling.
