The Star Wars session was a blast, they had a lot of fun with the virus I wrote up, using it as a great prompt for roleplaying their characters. My medic in particular had a lot of fun trying to figure out what was going on. She's gotten some good hints, although I had to prompt her a few times for some skill checks to make to move her along. I will say that I need to adjust the numbers, they were attacking each other far more often than I had intended. Saturday, played Necromunda for the first time since High School. We got stuff together, played a good...eight or nine games? Forgot how quick it was to go through that game. Had an absolute blast! Granted, my leader (shooty Vik was the model) died in the last game along with a Juve (Rusty Alyce...hm. a pattern? Maybe). However, it was all good, neither of them had accomplished a whole lot. However, my other Juve, Anastasia, was hilarious and awesome. First game she got a head injury, so she's psychotic now, then she got infiltration when she leveled. All said and done, she's now a regular Ganger running around the back alleys of the Underhive with a chainsword, stalking any enemies of the Gang. Always a good time. It's pretty well balanced out, and just a lot of crazy stories that you get out of it. I still remember back in High school a Juve getting shot by a shotgun slug and ending up with four different injuries spread over the whole body (from a single bullet mind!) and getting captured, then sold for the maximum amount of money possible. I used to really enjoy Necro, my favourite games were about the time the hardback edition came out and I played Spyrers. And I'm doing okay. Got a low pain headache that won't go away, so that sucks, but on the upside, got all my homework in for the week. Have a doctor's appointment today where I'll be complained to that I haven't lost enough weight but I'll get to ask about allergy meds to let me breathe so I can exercise again. The GW specialist games can be great fun but really cant be taken seriously by anybody there are just too many unbalanced elements to them. Still remember our inquisitor campaign dying when my mate discovered that he did more damage when his space marine flicked bullets at people rather then shoot them out of his gun....
