Gen Con Events?

Hadn't seen anything posted, so thought I'd ask. I realize it's a bit early, but some of the St. Louis crew will be there, and we were wondering what events Wyrd would be doing, as far as tournaments?

Any ideas yet?

Also wanted to clarify how faction selection would work at these official events. I wasn't able to partake in the tournaments last year, but intend to this year.

I believe last year they went with single faction.

Which means at the start of the event you select a faction and then each round you draft your crew within that faction.

With Gaining grounds though they might mix it up and have several different styles of tourneys.

I would expect to see probably at least one tournament under each of the three types for determining winners. However, I think Domination is the 'official' official format. Single faction seemed to be the norm last year though. I don't think they would do Single Master as then you can end up with irritating matchups (for instance, Guild player gets stuck running Perdita against Ressers). But I would also be down for doing the Single Faction pool, where you have to choose like 45SS, but only play 35SS in a game, and can use any Master from that Faction.
