I'm just interested as desperate mercs look pretty soild for 2 stones and I was hoping it would make them cheap to hire out of fation, however, I cannot find what this rule does in book one or two. Anyway, it removes the Out-of-Faction penalty cost on hiring the model. Edit: So what you hoped for really. As for the page it's on 254.
