Lupus
The Ancible has a review in its next issue and a battle report it says as well. Will be very interesting to see.
Nathan Caroland
Nice. I'll say one thing though - I think folks keep getting thrown off by the 32mm bit. Seriously, match them again most the stuff out there today and you'll find we're in line size wise, or one that I've been having a real laugh with lately, that we're thin and small (I only laugh because for years now I've had to hear about how huge we were). It's not all going to match up mind you, but I don't think it'll look too out of place in general. Either way, thanks for the review and posting it here (both of you .. and yes I am going to need a translator).
Svenn
Yeah, the 32mm thing isn't a big deal. We actually played a game this weekend with a friend using his Mordheim models as proxies because he hadn't had a chance to pick up his Malifaux models yet. It worked fine and you couldn't really tell the difference in scale, honestly. For some reason, all the videos and pictures I've seen make the Malifaux models seem much larger than they are. When I received my Redchapel crew box set I was surprised at the size.
demonherald
the whole 32mm argument has come up here a few times as well.. Guys at the club say oh... 32mm and expect the models to be bigger than GW's "28mm" but in general Malifaux minis as Nathan has said are generally taller and thinnner as opposed to bulked out Uber warriors tat seem to be the order of the day these days.
