Wren Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 The tiger striping looks greeaat, as Tony would say. I really like the Siamese colouring on the female, but I'd take it all the way and do her hands, feet and ears darker. Some of the blends on the other two are a little rough, but I like the furry quality a lot. Were these fun to paint? These are among the Alkemy figs I'm keenest to get some time. To Wren : the 2 firsts are from Alkemy (and a pleasure to paint) but the 2 lions are from Black Orc Games and they were a pain in the butt to paint because of the fur so I agree that it is a bit rough. Would probably give his crescent blade some blue to the steel (to help tie it in with the blue on the rest of the mini) and some more highlights so it pops a bit more.... Good ol' catfolk!
