Believe it is a french based company. I quite like the goblins myself - elf is too chunky for me, but the goblin taking a face plant is great. http://www.goblinforge.com/ and I found this in their workshop and I am BUYING this when it comes out if for no other reason that it made me laugh my ass off for a good long bit.
