We’ve had some amazing turnouts for our monthly tourneys lately and had the AMAZING Lonestar Fauxdown Malifaux GT last month–let’s keep that momentum going and have another great tourney! And just a reminder: the US Faux Tour is back! The Lonestar Conference was the most active conference in all of the USFT last season and we aim to keep that record going! Come and get your points to climb to the top of the rankings! (Information and rankings can be found at: https://www.usfauxtour.com/standings/ ) We're booked for tournaments the 2nd Saturday of every month at Dragon's Lair in their new space, so block out that day on your calendars in perpetuity! Dragon's Lair also recently opened up their Tabletop Tavern, so now you can drink a beer while playing some Malifaux! This event will be a three round, 50 Soulstone, fixed faction tournament utilizing the Malifaux 3rd Edition rules. Registration will begin at 11:00 AM. Round 1 will begin as close to 12:00 PM as possible. Wyrd released their annual Errata and FAQ on February 16th, so make sure you familiarize yourself with the changes and update your crew builder app to have the most current cards and rules downloaded. Links to the Errata and FAQ can be found here: https://www.wyrd-games.net/news/2022/2/16/waldos-weekly-them-changes As there are still several models out there which have rules released but not models I will continue to be VERY liberal with my proxy policy because we’d all love to try out our new toys! Proxies for these models will be acceptable so long as they are on the correct base size and you inform your opponent in advance what the proxy model is representing. As always, painting is not required. This tournament will be making use of the Gaining Grounds Season Three document, which may be found at:https://www.wyrd-games.net/s/M3E_GG03_Rules.pdf There is no painting requirement for this tournament. Entry fee is $10 and goes entirely to prize support.
