prospector and ingenuity

Does the prospector draw two cards if it is near a scheme marker and Yannick?

My doublt it is beacause ingenuity says "this model", but appraise not.

It works. When an action has a model discard a card it is that model discarding from the hand, unless the action says otherwise, like Klaus’s ability (page 7 of the rulebook on the app, bottom Waldo callout). 

So in the case where the prospector flips a 0-5, he could remove a scheme marker and draw a second card instead of discarding.
