Guslado
May Malifaux Monthly Tournament! Date: Saturday, May 14, 2022 Start time: 11:00am Location: Dragon's Lair Houston North Address: 21155A State Highway 249, Houston, Texas 77070 It’s time once again for the monthly Malifaux Tourney at Dragon’s Lair Houston! We’ve had some amazing turnouts for our tourneys lately and I would love to keep those awesome numbers up! The great new space that Dragon's Lair moved into has been working great and we have plenty of room to grow! If you haven't been out to the new space for a game yet, you NEED to check it out—Dragon's Lair Houston, our home for Malifaux for the past 5 years, opened their new, improved, and MASSIVELY bigger store! Dragon's Lair also recently started carrying a larger stock of Malifaux (the first shipment of which got entered into their inventory in the middle of the April tourney) and have even more new products coming in! We're still booked for tournaments the 2nd Saturday of every month at Dragon's Lair in their new space, so block out that day on your calendars in perpetuity! For anyone who hasn't seen it yet, the US Faux Tour is back and the Lonestar Conference is once again gunning to be the most active conference in all of the USFT! Come and get your points to climb to the top of the rankings! This event will be a three round, 50 Soulstone, fixed faction tournament utilizing the Malifaux 3rd Edition rules. Registration will begin at 11:00 AM. Round 1 will begin as close to 12:00 PM as possible. Wyrd released their annual Errata and FAQ on February 16th, so make sure you familiarize yourself with the changes and update your crew builder app to have the most current cards and rules downloaded. Links to the Errata and FAQ can be found here: https://www.wyrd-games.net/news/2022/2/16/waldos-weekly-them-changes All models must be assembled but as per the Gaining Grounds document painting is not required. As there are several new models in M3E that do not currently have models available, proxies for these models will be acceptable so long as they are on the correct base size and you inform your opponent in advance what the proxy model is representing. This tournament will be making use of the Gaining Grounds Season Two document, which may be found at:https://www.wyrd-games.net/s/M3E-Gaining-Grounds-Season-2.pdf There is no painting requirement for this tournament. Entry fee is $10 and goes entirely to prize support.
