Stampede incorporeal vs engaged

If the model has an engagement range then yes you would become engaged as you move through. That only matters if you are taking a walk action, as no other form of movement is prevented from leaving engagement. 

An incorporeal model can walk to the far side of an enemy model, right to the edge of the enemy models engagement range.

Yes. Charge doesn't have a target, you can move where you like. You don't have to end a charge close to an enemy, you just don't get to make an attack if there isn't someone close enough at the end of the move.

 

EDIT

One thing to add - Stampede only applies if you are doing a charge action. You are allowed to charge through engagement ranges and out the other side again if you have sufficient movement to do so. You aren't allowed to declare a charge if you are engaged (unless some other rule does allow you to change whilst engaged).
