There is, for example Shastar Vidiya Guard "Quick Shot" trigger (Balanced Sword)

Or do those not exist and the rules paragraph is invoked entirely by Gunfighter and similar rules?

 

There's a trigger called quick shot, found at least on Shastar Vidya Guard. There are other models with the same trigger as well.
