I prefer NIB so I can determine how to magnetize the wings and pin the fragile ankle, but will consider built. I had an offer of $30 + shipping recently, but the guy backed out due to an emergency financial obligation. If you're interested at that price I can pack her up tonight and ship her out tomorrow!
