5 rvdbarnes Posted October 4, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 Ok, so I carried on reading the rulebook and I guess it is covered by the max earning of 3VPs on page 68.There are two ways of maxing out, with 3 scheme markers or 2 plus being outnumbered or level on numbers.
