Had a situation come up that made determining an appropriate game size challenging. The campaign rules normally are Arsenal size of the smaller Arsenal +5 SS max. I know you can play less.
Question: If one opponent has a model that was "Knocked Out" on an injury flip and cannot hire that model in the game count that model for Arsenal size?
In this case, one player had an Arsenal of 39, the other had an Arsenal of 42 but with a 7 point model "Knocked Out". If we played the game with a 44 SS max size, the player with the Knocked Out model wouldn't have been able to get to 44 SS even with a 7 cache. As a result, we played it with a size of 40 SS, but that felt like it was a benefit to the "Knocked Out" model player rather than a hindrance.
