All models are 1e, metal, and unless otherwise stated are fully assembled using Locktite superglue. They are glued to their base. Any disassembling must be done by the buyer themselves. Unassembled/broken models will be shipped with all of their parts. Payments must be done through Paypal, which I will provide via PM. “Paying for goods or services.” Please include a shipping address. Please allow 2~4 weeks for shipping, depending on the size of the box(es) and how much packaging I will need. All orders (NOT individual models, full orders) must include an additional $3 added to the final price. This is to help alleviate some of the shipping costs. This price may change depending on the size of the order and distance it will travel, but will never be lower than $3. benjoewoo Posted August 7, 2015 Report Share Posted August 7, 2015 For assembled models, you may want to consider bubble wrap. The metal pieces aren't really designed to be shipped so well, and they have weak points due to the contact points. E.g. a lot of models have ankles as their designated weak point once glued. A little bubble wrap goes a long way in a small box. Use smaller boxes as well. If you pack them in bubble envelopes and they're assembled, something will land on them and crush them. You could also disassemble some of the more gangly pieces, such as wings or heavy looking arms. This way shipping in an envelope isn't a guarantee of bent and broken pieces that shouldn't be separated. For prices, you can look on ebay and online stores to see what the market rate is and charge accordingly. People will talk to you to negotiate, and in the end it's what you're comfortable with. gonzo917 Posted August 7, 2015 Report Share Posted August 7, 2015 I just recently shipped a whole 40k army with foam peanuts layered over individually bubble wrapped minis. It took awhile to do, but they were very safe. the sturdier and more padding the box has the better. I wouldn't stock up on boxes until you have an idea of how much each customer wants. I have a friend who works for a shipping company and lets just say that the boxes are pretty man handled so more protection the better. I was unable to make it to my computer yesterday due to illness (doing a little better today), so I've updated this with all models sold and with my stance towards shipping outside the US. Anyone within the US who wished to buy models, please re-send any offers and messages, as the site crash made me lose my inbox. In addition, due to a tragic mistake involving my labeling process, I accidentally sent an order (Teddy) to the wrong address. Please contact me about that. I'm so, so sorry.
