DevlinMudd Posted November 17, 2014 Report Share Posted November 17, 2014 The Hutt Miniatures Wargames Club is putting on their annual "ValleyCon" convention, and as part of that we're putting on two one-day Malifaux tournaments. The Saturday tournament is a 42+flip SS fixed faction Gaining Grounds tournament. The Sunday tournament is a quickfire tournament based on the UK Hardcore format, but with more emphasis on schemes and less on killing - we're dubbing it "Scheming Bastards". Finals rules for this are being worked out and will be posted closer to the time. Full details are available on the Hutt Club website. They are a great spin on the old strategies, especially Headhunter - that was a crazy one that took us all a few turns to get the hang of. Most memorable for me was Fingers running in after a failed assault and picking up Burt and Gracie's heads before Squeeling out of there!
