J_D
Quick question that came up last night: does Lynchs ability to pick up aces affeect his hand size? Can he go over it, or would he have to discard down at the beginning of every turn?
0 The Godlyness
Has to discard down to 6 (7 if he has reservoir) every draw step. And no he can not discard aces and then pick them back up. During this time it's no one's activation.
0 J_D
So best idea is to burn them during the game, so they get shuffled back in then?
0 The Godlyness
Or keep them for a turn knowing your hand sucks and then doing 52 pick up for 8dg. But weigh that knowledge with you might a model or two yourself.
0 Therril_83
As the others said, you need to discard down to 6 (or 7 with Arcane Reservoir) at the end of the draw-step. But that is the only time ever, that you there is a max hand size. At any other time, there is no limit. What I like to do is (as I always use the "woke up with a hand"-upgrade") activate Lynch last, and use mulligan to replace my aces with non-aces. That way they are always shuffled back into the deck on the next turn so that my models can draw them again and I can have a bigger hand. Though I may keep ace of masks if I run terror tots in my list and want to make sure they can always sprint.
