Healing a model at full

If a model that is at full is the recipient of a heal does the heal count as 0 or is it as normal but has no effect as it needs a damaged state in order to heal?

The real world application is let's say I have lilitu at full and lelu damaged can u cast a heal on lilitu but use it to heal lelu.

The model that is at full wounds just discards the wounds that exceeds it's wound count and then the other one would heal the wounds it has lost.

Read the Twins ability again. It says after healing any damage suffered. The other one heals. So a full health twin does not heal its other twin.

Yeah. It would have to actually heal to pass the healing on.
