This issue has come up a few times recently and I can't seem to find an answer to it in this forum, so I decided to start a thread.
I've been playing Snowstorm a lot recently and he has Bulletproof +3. My friend play Abuela Ortega who has the slug trigger which generates a second damage flip. Is the damage from the trigger considered to be part of a 'Sh' action and thus reduced by bulletproof, or do I reduce the initial damage flip and the second one is not subject to reduction (as the first is from a 'sh' action but the second one is a trigger)?
We've been playing it the second way, but it seems odd that the triggered damage flip is not part of a 'Sh' action.
