Missed posting at the start of the month but this month I'll be finishing off Carlos. Here is the link to my Carlos finished for May pictures. I still can't post pictures in this blog so have linked to blog sorry same as I did last months results.

Mid month update but it will also be the final update for this month. No more free days left to paint for me this month so all I managed this month was 15 stones for rasputina. While I was hoping to get the ice dancers started Carlos was sitting there glued up and staring at me so he got a first base coat lick of paint too. Next month I will finish Carlos and hopefully get the ice dancers done also. Unsure whether to paint the flames as normal red orange yellow fire or do it more like a magical purplish type flame. Until then here is Raspy and the start of Carlos.

Another month of great work from everyone last month, congratulations to you all. This month is a super busy month so not much painting time however I am hopping to get rasputina painted. If there's time I'll also start my ice dancers but that's going to be a push so I'll set the goal post at just raspy and see what happens.

It's more a self imposed rule for me to insure that I get all my bases finished as well. My Ramos crew the first thing I did was all the bases so I knew that everything would be properly finished.

Minus One point for each model that's not based completely so minus five points. I will do all my rasputina crew bases at the same time when I finish the last model of the crew. The models themselves are painted but not finished until the bases are done

Finished this month except for basing (will minus a point from each model as I will base all my snow base models at the same time for ease and efficiency) Snow Storm, Blessed of December, Ice Golem and three Ice Gamin. 41 Stones minus 5 for bases equals 36 stones. Next month I'll do Raspy herself

Assembled and base coated last month but here's this months challenge for me. 3 x ice gamin blessed of december snow Storm ice golem will work out the points once I actually paint them and see how much of that I can get finished this month. Hopefully the lot of them cause I want to get raspy done next month so I can start playing her

No more time for me to paint more this month with work so basecoated my models for next month to get a head starts on it as I'm taking a week off for holiday's next month. Models for next month are three ice gamin, snow storm, blessed of December and the ice golem. Good work everyone for their awesome efforts this month. Super impressive models coming through from everyone has been inspiring and helped me stay focused to get more models table ready. See you all next month

Here's Kaeris (15) and the Union Miners (2x 5/6) all painted up for a total of 25ss this month. Might get some more done before end of month but not sure yet.

Here is the photo of Raspy and Kaeris from me deciding what to paint instead of the roofs of my terrain. I chooseKaeris and a couple of Union Miners to paint in the end. This post is the before then I'll log in on my phone and post the outcome. Rest of the month is going into getting some of Raspys crew ready for painting.

This month I'm going to get these roofs finished assembly by adding rows and rows of cardboard tiles and then painted. They won't count for soul stones as they aren't the complete terrain pieces but should motivate me to finish the main buildings as well soonish. Model wise I can't decide whether to paint my Union miners or to get some of my Rasputina crew underway. Will post pics of whatever I choose to do once they are chosen but will try and get 16 or more soul stones worth painted.

I would like to join up with this. I know it's too late for January even though in January I managed to get a Union Steamfitter, Alternate Firestarter and a Slate Ridge Mauler painted. Can I join at Henchman level for February onwards? This month I want to get the roofs of three or four of my buildings finished by adding cardboard tiles and painting them and possibly get some of my Rasputina crew underway. I'll start with just the roofs as they take an age just cutting the amount of tiles needed let alone glueing them on and painting them. How many points would each roof be worth?

Having not read all the fluff I was interested in finding more information on the town of Ridley so I can make a board for my Arcanists based in Ridley. All I have found is the Outcasts story in Ripples of Fate and it describes very little about Ridley itself. Sofar all I get is a vague impression that it is in the north and is an Arcanists controlled town surrounded by the barren red dust filled wastelands. The brief description of the town itself is of Doc Mitchell's boarded up failed attempt at a doctors office and a saloon full of Arcanists trading in stolen soul stones. Where else is there any information on Ridley available to help make a suitable board?

So pretty much as per the title. Why should I run McCabe as guild rather than ten thunders? Currently I'm not sure which way I want to go with him so looking for reasons for and against each faction is what I'm asking you all for help with please.

Lost me a bit on the stacking of vent steam...is that done by both Langston and Mei Feng both venting or ??? langston and the rail golem both have vent steam type actions and imo the rail golem is more thematic for a Mei Feng crew but is there a reason Langston is your pick over him. i ran the effigy the other day for the first time with Ironsides and was impressed, he does look like a good match for Mei Feng too

So you prefer her as a brawler over a jump in jump out master which I assume is what she does in the rail walking construct crew build? With her crew box being rather slow what models do you normally run with her in a brawler list or he rail walker list? Rail workers move of four is pretty slow but they seem resilient and able to throw out some big damage with their zero action helping them. I guess they would be suitable for both a brawler list and the rail walking style lists too? What other models work well with her?

I have really loved reading through the pinned M2e masters threads in here for getting general run downs and advice on the four masters currently pinned. Is there any reason why the remaining three Arcanist masters don't have pinned run downs? Was hoping to get a run down on all seven, soon to be eight masters on here but since the next master I plan on painting is going to be Mei Feng can anyone post a general crew box run through, tactics or favoured models etc similar to the other pinned master threads?

A new academic type model would be epic and make the Oxfordian Mages much more useable as there is so little Academic synergy at the moment and it is just screaming to be useable. Here's hoping

At first I was hoping for the horse but that's gone so assuming that we are generally a casting faction why would you think the gunslinger shilouette? That to me looks more like a dirty guild option to me. I would be fairly certain it's not going to be the little gremlin looking dude but you never know, it could be any of the remaining ones..my guess would be the one under the gremlin in front of the horse

I think game 3 is going to be very kill orientated, what are your thoughts on Cassandra rather than Firestarter for scheme running. I think she might be a bit more survivable and her nimble is maybe as good as reckless but without the wound on yourself?
