I really like it. Authoritian pose with an actual uniform. He does seem slightly out of place compared with the guild guards but I wish the guards were more like him rather than the other way around. Not every model needs a crazy over the top pose.

Female guild guard, she's doing a spin twisting "check out my butt while I shoot you" pose. Not to mention the recoil from the gun once she fires is totally going to through her off balance.
