Hey guys, I'm pretty much kicking things off with neverborn and guild mostly but I'm thinking about making Zoraida my main master (despite never playing an actual game of malifaux - hobby is mostly my interest). When I do throw the 50 crews I have at friends and tell them to crank some games from time to time I was wondering what works well on the gremlin side of the fence with these crews. I got the kin box as a) another crew to use here and there and to get pierre so I can use him with zoraida as neverborn and blow things up for the lols. In regards to minis I was liking the look of the war pig and the piglets basically but was wondering if there was anything else i'd be missing out on that would be fun or rather useful that I should probably consider looking at as well.

Oh man so many sweet things online, however the AUD has sucked the joy right out of this and I shall not be purchasing... over $100 for one $25USD mini, not the best...

Heyo, Jumping into Wyrd as a side note to a photo project I have on the go. Dig the minis and the game looks like a fun variant on what I usually dabble in (infinity and soon to be bushido). I got a little carried away with my first purchases ordering in a 1E Sonnia box, 1E Leveticus box, 2E McMourning Box and 2E Jacob Lynch Box. Main reason for so many boxes is a) love the models and hoping to paint a lot and figured instead of roping friends into buying their own crews to play i'd just get them and hopefully they dig it and grab their own. I picked up the small rulebook and an arcane deck as the fluff is all over the place (would of bought the large book if everything wasn't so split up). Looking at it though i'll need an outcast wave 2 and guild wave 1 card pack to make use of the 1E models I think to get us started (they can use regular cards yeah? We all agree on what suit is what prior to starting a game im assuming?). Looking to start neverborn as the core faction and hoping to grab some beckoners and tannen for the lynch crew and branch out into collodi, dreamer and some swamp hag actions later on as the minis and playstyles (not that I know much about that) look great. Looks like a fun game! Just wishing it wasn't gonna cos $100 for the big rules and crossroads
