  1. So, this miniature has a very special significance to me and my fiancee, Nicole. First, a little backstory. About 4 years ago, Nicole was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She struggled through the high-intensity chemotherapy treatments for 3 years before finally being declared in full remission. Fast forward to just recently. One of the people who follow my site offered me the chance to paint up a Malifaux crew for the "Clash for a Cure" charity event in Waco, Texas. I decided to do the color scheme in honor of Nicole (and at her request, to myself - she's just that kind of person!) The color for Leukemia awareness is Orange, and the caretaker color is Purple. I hope you enjoy it. You can see some more of my stuff on my Facebook site. https://www.facebook.com/pages/StudioSFS/128243560665352
  2. I've been painting in other games (40K, Warmachine, Hordes, Reaper, etc...) for a while, but the miniatures are really what first drew me to this game. They are by far some of the most dynamic poses I've seen! The new plastics in particular are on par with, if not better than, most other companies out there. If you like what you see here, you can check out the rest of my stuff on Facebook. I also take commissions, if anyone is interested. https://www.facebook.com/pages/StudioSFS/128243560665352 Enjoy!
  3. It was totally the new plastic Death Marshalls that brought me to this game. I mean, c'mon! Flame-headed Undead Cowboys surfing on Coffins!!! What is not to love there?!
  4. Probably the movie that nails the tone of Malifaux closest (at least for me) is "City of Lost Children". It doesn't get much weirder and, well... French, than this!
  5. Greetings all you Wyrd people! I recently found out about this game through a friend of mine and I'm pretty hooked now. I am a commission painter, and the awesome miniatures are what first drew me to the game, then the rules are really what got my interest. I'm near the University in Clemson, SC, and I'm trying to get some interest for the game going in the local area. If anyone is interested in a game, drop me a message! Also, If you want to see some of my painted minis, stop by my Facebook site! https://www.facebook.com/pages/StudioSFS/128243560665352
  6. If you could add me too, that'd be great! Sketch201 Location: Clemson, SC
