Oh! I never knew this!! Although how I would sand something so tiny does confuse me! But this will definitely help as a lot of the metal models have the paint 'chip' really easily before they're varnished. Thankyou!! Totally free downloadable PDFs on the internets! Just printed the map off and glued the 8 sections to card paper, and the storage containers we got printed on thick card so they could hold up to being assembled like boxes (and to hold the weight of the minis standing on them). Yea good! Made some touch ups to my Dakini bots, and have moved on to touching up the people now. It's taking nearly as long to 'fix up' all 6 of them as it does to paint a whole one hahaha. But they're looking a little nicer than they were before - but I don't think I'm going to spend too much longer on them as I'm eager to get started on something else!! *grin* Hoping to go finish working on them after work tonight (my Aleph crew currently live at a friends house). What's your plans for after work this evening?

Apparently communicating to a co-worker that they need to ask their question quickly as you're on your way to the bathroom by saying 'My nephrons are tingling, be quick' is not an acceptable form of communication. I thought it was totally legit.

Nah, I suppose not really - like it's possible no one would even realise it was meant to be there - but it makes me sad none-the less. I actually broke off 3 separate pieces, but due to the glory of receiving liquid GS for my birthday a while a go - I was able to repair the other 2 ok. Have you tried Army Painter spray? I really like that one. It seems no matter how bad I am with it, it still gives a relatively nice prime to my minis. My only sadness it that I broke off a really tiny part of the mini when I was scrubbing it the other day. Hopefully no one will notice the part missing >.> . Or I will beg someone to attempt to re-attach it for me!

What can I say - fast food dominates a good portion of my active thinking power at all times. When sitting there supposedly concentrating on painting a mini, 50% of my brain power is dedicated to thinking about cheeseburgers. Also I spontaneously awoke last night with an idea for the Harvest competition. Eeeeee...so excited to make it now!! Wish I could ask for advice on how to implement it though! Hahaha Anyone else entering/already working on entries?

I second this! But I would personally love for it to be a physical book I could purchase. I adore the idea of a fluff specific release but digital books is not something I personally enjoy.

I am in fact!! Prepping my model for it's first coat of paint as we speak. I'm just not very good at making bases and I wanted to make it something cool! Will have to go on a google me thinks.

Currently working on: - Touching up my Infinity guys - Rotten Harvest entry But my rotten harvest entry is using a mini a friend gave me that was already half painted. So I'm awaiting glorious simple green's stripping ability to do its thing.

Nah haha feeling worse. Actually called in sick, and then heard that a lot of others did too so I rolled in an hour later than my start *sigh*. Hoping to load up on cold and flu tablets and have a small painting session with Painting Sage after work (Painting Sage is the friend teaching me how to paint).
