  2. Right, I am starting to see the nuances of how thinks should work. It seems like with some good positioning, especially with 3-4 aces, he can do a ridicoulous amount of damage to a given model. In theroy at least, he is a mid-range monster, which is not that common among master to be. Besides, Lynch's ability to get a steady flow of potent hands is an exelent point.   3. How do you position Lynch and your crew? In additon, do have a model baby sitting him and taking damage from misdirect (like a Beckoner) or how do you make use of it? I guess the real question here lies in whether or not you really mix thing up with Lynch and get him close to the fight, or if you play him in a more responsive faishon by positioning him a bit further back and mostly pinning down models that tries to either flank him or run away from the fight.
  4. Do you get good use out of "Pay for Blood"? Don't you think it can bring Lynch too close to where the action is? A really cool thing would be if a model with brilliance were killed it would generate a Depleted. Kind of a "Levi" way of getting new models. Since Lynch crew is composed by quite expensive models it would be nice to be able to get some cheap additional ones during the game. But whether or not the summoning part will be a reality, the Depleted will be great if they can turn out to be a cheap scheme marker dropper with some descent speed for grabbing objectives. In additon to being another model with brilliance which can keep the Hugster alive.
  5. Since the balance focus has shifted from entire factions to individual crews, it would be reasonable to make the Depleted Lynch's objective grabbers(/brilliance pinatas).

  7. Sounds like a really good change! Pretty cool way of dealing up to 8 damage (if it is still 2 per ace) and the ability to get some good cards back into the deck. The obvious backside being that it is a equally potent way of getting crap cards and the black joker back too. In sum, it seem situational, but a nice ace to have up your sleeve! Ouch, have to reload the pungun after that one... What a "dad-joke"....

The choice of upgrade seem to be very dependent on the faced opposition. Against a caster heavy crew HD only real defense comes from the ability to use soulstones. To be able to bring it back in such situation should be really helpful. On a similar note, do anybody feel like it is going to be a struggle for soulstones between Lynch and HD? Since both are kind of pansies and will need stones in order to survive.

  11. I stumbled on a bit of confusion concering the wording of "The Void". Hamelin is allowed to draw a card each time the (nominated) opposing player plays a control card. Does this mean that the Hamelin player get to draw a card even when the opposing player discards a control card (when using relentless, for instance), or does it only apply when cards are added by cheating fate in duels?
  12. Quick question about Hoffman's Assimilate action; do the copied talents "stack" throughout the whole encounter, so Hoffman can keep adding them on without restriction, or do the copied talent only remain for the remaining of the current turn? Cheers!
