Cool take on Ctulhu. That human sacrifice mini is uhm... is that a skewer? ... she looks terrified.

Anyway, I really like the Death and War minis and the Pestilence has a great looking steed.
I'm not very fond of the Leveticus avatar mini (even if I have it in my basement), but your paint-job makes him work in this theme.
Overall it looks very beutiful and I like it that you've built it with stuff from four different miniature lines.

I rally like the horror feel of this one. For some reason it reminds me of stuff that happens near the end of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.
