Quick update tonight. I had thought I lost my latest code base when I had to reformat my hard drive, but I found the backup today! Update is still not a forced update; you'll need to download the update (click me on your Android device) and install it manually as I don't want to force the 1.24->1.25 update which wipes saved user data. You will retain your data if updating from 1.25->1.26, however. Glad people are still liking and using the app!

    v1.26 Update:

    - Added Aionus

    - Errata for Metal Gamin, Conflux of Combat, and Conflux of Thunder

    - Fixed Jack Daw Tormented merc tax bug

As a heads up the Zoraida "Tarot Reading" upgrade does not seem to reduce the cost of Swampfiends from out of faction if they are Wp4. If they are Wp4 without Tarot Reading they should count as mercs, but not if you take that upgrade.

  2. Here are all the 'ranked' events that were entered into the system. http://warscore.net/rankings/13/view.html

    • At Live Free or Die Cheating (26 players), Rezzers (Kirai) won (mono-masterd I believe by @Guy in Suit all day)
    • At CaptainCon (30 players) Rezzers won by Blaine Williams (@Aluwin) (can't find his forum name), last round was won with McM (vs Levi), believe Yan Lo (round 1) and  Seamus, Kirai in previous rounds
    • At Mali-fest (32 players), 10T won by @lawgivera554 with Lynch (vs Hoffman), Shenlong (vs Sonnia), Misaki (vs Lilith)
    • At Templecon (20 players), Guild won by Jonah Zimmerman with Perdita mono master (only know final round was vs my very own NB Lucius).

  3. If you really want slow, Sloth isn't the best to do it with. You want Lust, she can effect two models 6"-14" away with her Now Kiss. Its much better than Sloth's slow handing out because it also moves models which is what you're going to want with this novelty alp list.

  4. As an FYI trying to build to Jack Daw in a campaign is very very expensive. Because you have to pay for each of his special upgrades (which makes buying him + his upgrades REALLY expensive). If you're going to do it I suggest start with Rusty. With that said, I'd stay away from trying to build to Daw in a campaign, we've had a few people try it many a different ways and it just isn't fun because you have to pay for SOOO much to just get a base Daw.

  5. I don't own Lust yet, but Joel Henry used her on the table next to me at an event in September and declared her to be "filth". Three WP duels for one of her AP is amazing, and that's not factoring in the rest of what that AP does.

Lust is great with her but think in that case want at least two sorrows. Lust is good in general so yeah she be great in the list.

  6. Widow Weaver and Stitched Togethers... Try it. It kills things dead.

Yeah helps their movement quite a bit. Only thing is Gamble your life targets Df so her Wp markers aren't too much use. Stitched with Collodi or Dreamer and WW are a really nice core set of models to kill stuff.

  7. Valid points, and yes I do think the emissary is a good Area control piece. However, I never use WW for area control. She is there to put the hurt on to models and is an often take when I think I'm going up against Armor. The biggest issue I have with the WW is her measly Df 4. I think works best in a tag-team setup with the Doppleganger. That way you can copy the Armor ignoring with the Dopple and really put the hurt on. I typically play the WW towards the back or to speed up Constructs (usually with Collodi). With that said she is very good along with Teddy as well, giving him his much needed extra movement as well as the two working together to just kill stuff dead.

I think she gives NB something very specific and quite powerful, and alone you can drop her into any crew with her Handbag upgrade and get some summoning in a list that typically doesn't have summoning.

  8. This allows for everyone to serve a different role based on strats/schemes. Has a healthy amount of Wp duels and The Box Opens helps Pandora deal with things that have high Wp, and low Df. Only swap in/out is the upgrade on Doppleganger depending on what role she will serve (if she is bodyguard then Mimic), if she is going after other big hitters she takes Retributions. 4ss seems low but I've found Pandora doesn't need a ton of ss. Insidious run around doing schemes early and then bust in turn 3/4/5 to help put the hurt on. Babaros will eat most of the ss to stay alive. Changelings can copy Pandora (and anyone else's stuff, so will stick around Pandora as much as possible).

    Neverborn
    50ss Crew

    Pandora -- 4ss
     +The Box Opens - 2ss
     +Cry For Me - 2ss

    Primordial Magic - 2ss

    Barbaros - 10ss
     +Pact - 1ss

    Candy - 9ss
     +Fears Given Form - 1ss

    Changeling - 4ss

    Doppleganger - 7ss
     +The Mimic's Blessing - 1ss (or +Retributions Eye - 1ss)

    Insidious Madness - 5ss

  9. Yup. I left out the upgrade part, it's usually a auto-take if I'm including gators.

You also have the beginnings of a fun NB Zoraida crew there.

This is where I'm going. MamaZ list initial play once stuff arrives will include some gators and McT.....and playing her in NB means Doppleganger for 1st activation shenanigans!

  10. We're back at Milly's Tavern today. I'll be there at 3:30pm per usual. I have an X-Wing game planned for later in night, so looking forward to getting an early game in. Since we didn't see anyone play the 'Game 2' last week, I'm using that as Game 1 this week, and adding a new 'Game 2', recommendation.

    • Game 1:
      • Interference, Flank Deployment
        • Protect Territory
        • Bodyguard
        • Vendetta
        • Make them Suffer
        • Line in Sand
    • Game 2:
      • Guard the Stash, Standard Deployment
        • Breakthrough
        • Entourage
        • Bodyguard
        • Spring the Trap
        • Line in Sand
  11. Come join us on Sunday November 29 at Off The Wall Games (Hadley Village Barn Shops, 41 Russell Street, Hadley, MA) from 10am to 8pm to close out the Nythera event. The last day to report games is Monday November 30. Any players that play and report a Nythera game will receive a raffle ticket. This is an open play event so simply stop by and play a few games.

At 8pm we will have a raffle for 3 $15.00 gift certificates to Off the Wall Games. Players cannot win more than once, and do not have to be present at 8 to win.

This is such a great idea!!!! Looks like a great time.

  12. Week 3. Here are the games for this week. You don't have to play two, but if you do here are the options. Also, Game 2 will be Game 1 next week to make sure everyone gets a chance to play em. The schemes were randomly determined. Strats are in prep for Mali-fest.

        • Distract
        • Protect Territory
